S/4HANA : Sales -- How to check the list of Incomplete Sales Orders

in General, while Creating a sales Order there are certain fields which would be considered important for further processing of Sales order.

Although these fields are not marked as Mandatory , but considered to be equally important to Mandatory fields

Such fields are controlled by Incompletion  Procedure Functionality in Sales and Distribution.

We will see how to Find Incomplete list of Sales Orders in S4HANA

Steps:--

1. Create a sales Order in VA01 ---( Create Sales order App in S4HANA)

2. For testing, I have not maintained Purchase Order field in the Sales Order- Overview Screen. In S4HANA this field is termed as CUSTOMER REFERENCE . While Saving the sales Order, system prompts to enter this field ( based on the Configuration of Incompletion Procedure)

3. In ECC, we can either go to Sales order-->Edit-->Incompletion documents and check what fields are missing

4. In case, if you want to look collectively for multiple documents, we use V.02

5. In S4HANA, we use app to identify them.

App is known as SALES ORDER FULFILLMENT- ANALYSE ISSUES to find all issues related to incompletion documents ( infact this app has many additional functions)

Input either Order type or Date and execute, It gives the list of Orders which are incomplete.

Click on the document which give detailed information of what is missing

choose the missing field and complete Data

the Functionality remains same between ECC and S4HANA, but the way we execute the incomplete Data in S4 is purely using Fiori Apps

hope it is clear

Good Luck

TO MAKE INACTIVE CONDITION ACTIVE IN SAP

This blogger contains details on how to set an INACTIVE CONDITION  to ACTIVE while processing Sales Order content: 1.  BUSINESS REQUIREMENT Due to some legal restrictions in Russia, Russia Local Plant cannot hold any stock for the material and hence it is non valuated which means the Standard Price is Zero ( 0 $ ) The stock will be replenished from another company code and we used our Standard Third Party process  in which PR is created which will be converted to PO and when we do GR, the Standard Price of that plant is calculated in the GR. The baseline pricing structure is mapped in such a way that VPRS is calculated from the Material master and on which 15% markup is added as base price. Since the Cost price in VPRS condition is Zero Markup calculated on VPRS will be obviously calculates to Zero and both conditions were set as INACTIVE as per the condition properties 2.  CREATE SALES ORDER we will create a sales order for a material, whose standard Price
